How to Fill your Days

Golf is the major attraction in this part of Scotland but a world of country pursuits await guests at Glenmor Luxury Lodges.

Experience the ancient sport of falconry, exciting off-road driving and learn how to handle a trained gun dog. For those wishing to partake of more sedate pastimes, angling and clay target shooting are available in the grounds.

Horse lovers can experience carriage driving and horse riding along wild country trails. Those wishing to hone or practice their jump and dressage skills can make full use of our 50-acre Scottish equestrian centre.

From tennis and croquet on the lawns to zip-wiring and climbing in the surrounding hills, to instruction in wildlife photography, there are amazing activities for guests of all ages, and the children are safely overseen by qualified professionals.

The number one activity that most of the guests at Glenmor Luxury Lodges choose is GOLF - Scotland's national sport! There are 3 Championship Golf Courses to choose from including the infamous PGA Centenary Course. It hosted both the 2014 Ryder Cup and in 2019 the Solheim Cup. A tough challenge in wonderful surroundings.

Your tenure includes a Glenmor golf membership for one adult providing complimentary green fees to Gleneagles’ three championship courses and academy. Resident green fees are available for your guests staying at Glenmor. Golf tuition is also available for players of all ages and levels.

Each luxury lodge has two bicycles available for your personal use to explore the amazing countryside surrounding Auchterarder. Routes of varying lengths and difficulties can be FOUND HERE

And for those who wish to discover this stunning area on two feet rather than two wheels, walking routes can be found at THIS LINK

- YOUR BEST FRIEND -

Dogs are people too and, just like us, deserve a holiday. There's nothing better for the sole than watching your best friend enjoying a romp in the countryside. Pets are not permitted to stay overnight in the lodges but there every need is catered for in Gleneagles' luxury heated indoor kennels in the hotel grounds. Dogs are cared for by The Gundog School’s expert team of instructors.
